When you get in touch
The form collects your name, email address, company and any message you choose to add. It also records the time, an enquiry reference, a retry identifier and a daily-changing identifier derived from your IP address for spam prevention. Please leave out sensitive project, employee or client information.
We use the details to respond, arrange a walkthrough and keep track of the conversation. Our legitimate interests are answering business enquiries and protecting the website from spam. Sending an enquiry is optional; we need the required contact fields to use the form, or you can email us instead. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Where the information goes
Form enquiries are stored in the website's database, with access through a restricted enquiry inbox. This website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and database services. Email conversations use our email providers, including Zoho Mail. Hosting and email providers also handle technical information needed to operate and secure their services, under their own service and data-processing terms.
This public form is for an initial conversation. Arrangements for real company records, access, backups and data handling must be agreed separately before a pilot uses them.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep enquiry details while responding and following up. The criteria for continued retention are whether a conversation is still active, whether the information is needed for an agreed service, and whether a record is needed for a legal or business obligation. You can contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for access, corrections, deletion or restriction of your information, where applicable. You can object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests, including asking us to stop follow-up contact. Email hello@tradewitness.co.uk. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
If you have a concern, please tell us. You can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Films, examples and technical features
The films are served by this website, rather than an embedded social-video player. Interactive examples use fictional information. This page does not add advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting platform may use technical cookies or similar features for security and sign-in; the private enquiry inbox requires sign-in. The form is not used for automated eligibility decisions or profiling.
